A couple with three boys, living in Acton, wanted to renovate their Kitchen and improve the circulation to their existing Family Room. They also needed a larger deck and to add a Mud/Laundry Room near their Garage entry. It was decided to move an existing Bathroom that was in the way to the Mudroom area. A sun room connector was expanded to allow flow through French doors from the Family Room to the Kitchen Eating Area. Remodeling of the Kitchen included adding custom made cherry cabinets with soap stone counters and a distressed painted black island with butcher block top. A new larger deck was installed with multilevel stairs allowing easy access to the large back yard.
