Kitchen Dining overlooking Wetlands

A retired couple in Acton wanted to remodel their gambrel cape for single level living. We added an accessible bath and laundry area on the first floor. A new side entry porch leads to a foyer and mudroom with space for a future chair lift. We expanded the back of the house for a big kitchen and dining area overlooking the back yard. The kitchen’s white framed inset cabinets, quartz counters and white subway tile contrast nicely with the stained windows and trim. A large back bay window allows panoramic views of wetlands.
