To create an amenity for office tenants, we remodeled an old defunct boiler room into a fitness center. To gain access from the basement level, a ramp leads to a lift which is next to steps. In the large exercise room are tread mills, weight machines, bikes, balls and a yoga area. There are built in benches, industrial pendant lights, walls with mirrors and a blue sheet vinyl floor. The new tiled bathrooms have showers, and are accessible.
