Garage/Bedroom Addition to Cape

A couple in Wayland, MA needed more space for their growing boys. We added a two-car garage with master bedroom and bath above to their cape. On the first floor a bedroom was converted to a mudroom, with custom cubbies. Glass doors were added to the existing tub at the first floor remodeled bath. The kitchen was freshened with a new quartz counter, tile back splash, new wood floors and adding glass uppers, a microwave hood and pantry. Dormers add light to the existing bedrooms.  Upgrades included Hardie Plank siding and Harvey window. Rain gardens reduce yard water runoff.
