guest space above workshop

We removed a screen porch in order to add a covered porch, mudroom with cubbies and workshop with a kid’s getaway/guest room above, for a couple with tween kids in Acton, MA.  The guest area has a bar sink and beverage fridge and a bathroom with shower. The workshop can be converted to a 2-car garage by the next owner. A private patio area with firepit and dining table sits behind the workshop where guests and family can relax.
